成立宗旨

　本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體，配合政府提倡產業升級，並促進水族及水產產業提升專業技術與層面，期能透過本會與產、官、學界相互交流，建立產業發展共識，及與政府對話的管道。同時透過各項國際交流，積極開拓商機，提振臺灣觀賞魚養殖全球競爭力，期與世界同步發展為宗旨。

Purpose of Establishment

This association is established as a non-profit social organization in accordance with the law. It cooperates with the government to promote industrial upgrading and promote the improvement of professional technology and level of the aquarium and aquatic industry. It is hoped that through the association, the industry, government, and academia can communicate with each other, establish a consensus on industrial development, and have a channel for dialogue with the government. At the same time, through various international exchanges, we actively explore business opportunities, boost the global competitiveness of Taiwan's ornamental fish farming, and aim to develop in sync with the world.
